Jazz Elements - Jazz Trio in Crete

Jazz Elements began in 2017, when three musician friends started a weekly jazz night at Elements in Plaka, Chania. They played a mix of styles, with their own takes on Broadway standards, and built a loyal following among locals and visitors alike.

All three had backgrounds as touring, professional musicians before starting the group. Over time, other musicians joined in, and what started as a residency grew into a full collective — now based in Chania and playing weddings, private events, and festivals across Greece.

Their repertoire covers jazz standards from artists like Duke Ellington, Charlie Parker, Miles Davis, Thelonious Monk, and Billy Strayhorn, alongside jazz-inflected versions of songs by Nirvana, Sting, and The Beatles.

They perform in flexible formats — duo, trio, quartet, or quintet, plus solo bookings — depending on the event. Whether it's an intimate dinner or a large celebration, the group adjusts the lineup and set to fit.
